We believe in a flat hierarchy company structure, and you’ll be given tools, help and knowledge to grow and develop new skills. We constantly keep testing: new marketing methods, new tools, strategies, products and business ideas. We are experts in paid traffic, but SEO becomes a growing part of our business strategy.

  • Programming knowledge (Shopify liquid = html, javascript + CSS)e
  • 2+ years experience with the Shopify ecosystem
  • Advanced Google spreadsheets skill (complex formulas)

  • Full stack dev
  • Experience in marketing
  • You’ve had your own ecom business before
  • You understand German, French or Spanish

 

Your job

  • Oversee daily operations (Shopify, sourcing, marketing, content)
    Execute all backend work (theme, apps, integrations, code design changes)
  • Ecommerce A/B split testing
  • Manage & create processes
  • Lead the development & execution of new projects
  • Implement ideas & test tools

Salary

You’ll be paid a competitive compensation with performance based bonuses based on revenue achieved. Over-performing employees will be given the opportunity to receive shares of new projects.
